Fabrício da Silva Nunes, owner of the Royal Motel, fired more than 20 shots at the truck of businessman Fabrício do Vale, owner of the Faraó pizzerias.
At the time of the attack, Vale was accompanied by his girlfriend, lawyer Kellen Klyssya, Nunes's ex-partner and mother of his child.
Security cameras at the luxurious condominium recorded Nunes forcing Klyssya out of Vale's vehicle before firing.
Nunes, who never accepted his breakup with Klyssya more than two years ago, was enraged when he learned of her relationship with Vale, triggering the attack.
The police are now investigating the case; Nunes fled and remains at large.
