Anastasia Ostroújova, a 26-year-old "influencer" of explicit content with more than 600,000 followers on Instagram, appeared extremely nervous and began to restlessly adjust her clothes during a police check, which aroused the suspicions of the authorities.
Upon stopping the vehicle in which he was traveling, the agents decided to carry out an exhaustive inspection of his clothing, discovering a bag with an unknown substance in his underwear.
Upon analysis, it was determined that he was carrying 1.42 grams of methcathinone, which he stated was for his personal use only. Methcathinone is a central nervous system stimulant drug that is similar to amphetamines, illegal in most countries and dangerous due to its addiction level.
According to Russia's Criminal Code, possession of the drug in significant quantities (from 0.5 grams) can result in a fine of up to 40,000 rubles ($439) or up to three years in prison.
