An eyewitness recorded on video a man eating the leg of a subject who had been hit by a train in California, USA.
This Friday, March 22, at the Wasco Amtrak station in Wasco, California, a pedestrian was fatally struck by a train.
However, the most shocking thing was that after the accident, an eyewitness recorded a video of a man, in street condition, eating a leg of the deceased, while being watched by passers-by.
The victim, whose identity has not been revealed, lost his life as a result of the impact of the train, which also severed his leg.
The body was left lying on the train tracks, while the police forces and forensic experts arrived.
BNSF Railroad Police officers and local authorities quickly responded to the accident, and upon arrival discovered that a man had taken some of the evidence in the case: the leg.
The man identified as Resendo Tellez, 27 years old, took the leg, and that's when they saw him eat it.
Because of this, Tellez was arrested, and it was discovered that he already had outstanding warrants.
He was taken away with the accusation of obstructing the investigation by removing the deceased's leg from the scene of the accident.
The Kern County Sheriff's Office has taken over the investigation of the incident, while railroad investigators are working on the case with
the purpose of knowing the circumstances surrounding this fatal accident.
