He lost his luggage at a Florida airport, tracked it and discovered something unexpected.

The woman located her suitcase thanks to the location trackers on her computer that were activated.

An airline passenger was going to travel from Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Florida, to Hollywood, California, but her flight was cancelled. The company informed him that his suitcase would be in Terminal 4, but when he got there, he discovered that it was missing.

What happened?

Paola García told the media that on March 3 she planned to fly with Spirit Airlines to Los Angeles. After the flight was cancelled, he went to pick up his suitcase, which did not appear. It contained, among other personal items, a computer, a tablet, a watch, jewelry, clothing and toiletries.

The airline told him that his luggage had been sent to his house, but it never arrived. After an intense search, Paola located her suitcase thanks to the electronic location trackers on her computer that were activated. He discovered that he was still in Fort Lauderdale, far from the airport.

Where did you find your suitcase and what did you discover?

With the location of her luggage, Paola went to the indicated house and, finding no one, took photos and videos of several suitcases in the front of the house. He called the police, who identified the owner as Junior Geneus Bazile, an airport employee.

Bazile, 29, lived in that house and worked in an airport store. Security cameras showed how he manipulated Paola's suitcase, removing her belongings.

The subject was charged with grand theft, pleaded not guilty and posted bail. His court hearing will be on August 23. The company confirmed his dismissal and will collaborate with the investigation.
