A parkour expert has 'stolen' six mobile phones worth an estimated $5,500 in just 40 seconds, in a bid to show how easy it is for thieves to steal your phone.
Adam Marr, who has been running for 16 years, can be seen on bodycam footage snatching phones from the 'unsuspecting' hands of pedestrians in central Manchester.
In one clip, Marr is seen grabbing the phone from a seated local, before jumping over a bench to grab another.
A second clip shows the 31-year-old grabbing another device from a child on a skateboard before walking off to his next target.
In two other clips uploaded by Mukt Runner, Mar is seen jumping over a canal to escape the pursuit of a “prey” before escaping the clutches of another man moments later.
Marr had to call on several friends as actors to help film the daring video and said it highlights the ease with which someone can steal thousands of pounds worth of technology in a matter of minutes.
The video has been viewed by thousands of users on social media, with some mistaking the footage for a real robbery, sparking mixed reactions between those who think it “promotes crime” and those who point out “it warns how easy it is to steal a phone when we are unaware”.
