In a dispute over some land, a man shoots and kills a farmer when he was sowing.

The two argued over some land, the conversation escalated, until the aggressor pulled out a gun and shot the victim.

A sensitive video was spread on social networks that shows the moment in which a man murdered an elderly adult, after having an argument over land.

According to Brazilian media, the crime occurred on Saturday, November 23, in the municipality of Macapá, Amapá. According to reports, the aggressor would be businessman Francisco Canindé, partner of the elected mayor of the municipality, Kelly Lobato.

According to the police, the crime occurred on Saturday afternoon outside a farm located in the aforementioned municipality. The police also obtained information from the video where the victim, an older adult identified as Antônio Candeia, appears in the video arguing with Francisco Canindé, the husband of Mayor Kelly Lobato, who was apparently interested in the land.

Local media indicate that the two argued over an alleged land deal. Apparently, the conversation escalated and they both offended each other, until Francisco pulled out a gun and shot the victim.

It turned out that the aggressor was a former military man, which is why he had a weapon and was armed at the time of the events, but this information is not official and is only a version that circulates on networks.  

The attack was recorded on video

The murder of the farmer was recorded by a witness, who was apparently in the area when the fight occurred. The recording shows the older adult bloodied after being shot.

In the video it is seen that the man fell to the ground from the bullet and later bled to death. According to preliminary information, the authorities believe that the crime was premeditated and that the aggressor provoked the victim to later justify the violent action.

The authorities reported that Mayor Kelly Lobato's husband, Francisco Canindé, appeared at the Amapá police station accompanied by a lawyer.
