Civil police officers arrested a 43-year-old man, accused of sexual abuse of a 12-year-old girl. The incident occurred last Monday (8), in the middle of a public street in the municipality of São Paulo de Olivença, in the interior of Amazonas.
A surveillance camera recorded the moment the teenager appears walking down the street, around 6:35 a.m., when the man appears and attacks the victim.
After grabbing her, he drags the teenager to an alley and remains there with the victim for a few seconds. Suddenly, the teenager manages to free herself from the aberrant and escapes back to the street. The man stays there for a while and then runs away.
According to the police report, the arrest of the aberrado occurred 4 hours after the investigation began; the man has a criminal record for the same crime.
The man committed a similar crime a few years ago, in Santo Antônio de Içá, now he will be accused of sexual abuse of a vulnerable person and will be brought to justice.

Sexual abuse is a type of sexual assault or contact in which the victim has not given consent. An attacker may use physical force or threats, or give her drugs or alcohol to sexually abuse her. Sexual abuse includes rape and sexual coercion.
